Membership & Services Agreement:

 

Prior utilizing our Services , signing up for subscriptions, app membership, library membership and/or applying for Membership in The Draconian Order, you attest to your agreement and compliance with the following points:

 

1.  That Services may be provided by us, and if so, may only be used for lawful purposes. You agree to comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations in connection with your use of the services. Any material or conduct that in our judgment violates this policy in any manner may result in suspension or termination of the services or removal of user's account with or without notice.

2.  That respectful communication is an integral part of operating and utilizing this VIRTUAL COMMUNITY space and abusive communications such as insults or threats of violence are not tolerated. Violators will  be blocked and banned and risk legal prosecution according to laws of Canada, depending on the nature and severity of the abuse. The website is owned and operated in Canada- not the United States of America. "Freedom of speech" does not include freedom to discriminate based on gender identity, sexual orientation, body type, race, creed, or religion.

3.  That Membership in The Draconian Order is only officially recognized upon receipt and acceptance of a properly completed registration form that is found at the bottom of the JOIN page and that if accepted, Membership may be revoked at the discretion of staff of The Draconian Order reviewing the Membership and/or other communications. Membership of the Wix Spaces app and/or The Obsidian Temple Library, the latter via signing up using the sign-up on the Obsidian Temple Gateway page, do not imply or include Membership in The Draconian Order.

4.  That application for Membership in The Draconian Order does not guarantee acceptance or permanence. Membership may be refused or revoked if the application and/or other communications: contain false and/or contradictory information, are deemed to portray an individual or group/coven harboring intentions of physical or other types of violence against self and/or others, have abused or threatened Member(s) (proof is required), reveal that the individual or group/coven are joining for the wrong reason (clearly misunderstanding what Membership includes and is about), disclose that the individual or group/coven are member(s) of or support neo-Nazi or other hate groups or it is discovered via evidence that the individual or group/coven is a supporter or member of a Neo-Nazi or other hate group or if the application and/or communications reviewer feels that an individual is not fit for any reason whatsoever. Such rejection or revoking of Membership is according to the discretion of the reviewer.

5.  That if a member does have mental illness, it is imperative that if they seek any mentorship or other consultation service provided by staff of The Draconian Order, they are upfront about it and seek professional medical services from licensed services rather than requesting advice of a medical nature. from staff of The Draconian Order. Unless clearly specified otherwise, staff of The Draconian Order are not medical professionals offering such services. If a member is at risk of self-harm, it is their responsibility to immediately contact emergency services, their therapist or a medical professional. Neither the Draconian Order nor staff are legally liable for the mental and emotional health or behaviours and actions of members or anyone else who receives communications or reads or listens to materials by staff of The Draconian Order.

 

6.  That if consultation services are rendered, discretion must be used by the recipient as to what to take seriously and what not to take seriously and whether or not to believe and/or act on advice, channeled information or spiritual advice.  Readings, such as via Divination, are for entertainment purposes only.

7.  That if Mentorship is undertaken, the recipient is mentally, emotionally and physically fit enough to perform and endure any Occult rituals or lifestyle changes advised if acted upon.  The Mentorship recipient is alone responsible for obtaining medical clearance from a medical professional prior undertaking any and all changes in diet or physical exercise advised by staff of The Draconian Order providing the Mentorship.

8.  That if you apply for Membership in The Draconian Order via the official form located in the JOIN page, you are under Coven Law and that should you betray The Draconian Order or its Members after registering, protections of a Magical nature will be removed and may be reversed against you. This clause does not apply to app membership  and/or membership of The Obsidian Temple Library alone or combined.

 

9.  That Membership categories may change or be cancelled at any time for any reason and that The Obsidian Temple Tradition is always evolving and thus changing. Members and any others interested in either or both, hold sole responsibility for staying up to date. (Updates are provided via the site Blog and/or social media  as soon as it is possible to do so.)

10.  That in using the Members' Chatroom and any other Services for the purposes of a social interaction, you understand that you are responsible for your actions and that such Services are not always moderated or attended.

 

11.  That in accessing and/or using the Obsidian Temple Library, you understand that there are materials only suitable for Adults.

12..  That purchased Services  under The Draconian Order and/or Obsidian Mirror Arts & Publications staff may be cancelled due to health issues such as severe migraine or other unplanned or extenuating circumstances and if cancelled that they will be rescheduled and honoured at a later date.

13.  That purchased Services such as Consultations, Readings or Mentorship must be paid for in advance and that there are no refunds for any reason whatsoever.

 

14.  That you have read the above disclaimer in its entirety, agree to its conditions, are of legal age, and that it is not a violation of the law applying to your area of access to view and use the Services and material contained within.

All Products purchased via The NFRNL Shoppe, NFRNL Designs, DeviantArt or Zarael Shaitan's Gumroad shop (digital goods) are handled by the platforms  wherein they may be purchased.  Should you have concerns or have any problems with a product or download of digital goods, please contact the appropriate platform. In purchasing such goods, you are in agreement with this policy and will not hold The Draconian Order, Obsidian Mirror Arts & Publications, NFRNL Deamonium, NFRNL Pandemonium and/or Zarael Shaitan responsible for any losses or complications.

 

This agreement also applies and extends to all digital art, video, music and podcast platforms hosting works by Obsidian Mirror Arts & Publications such as videos under "BE A GOAT! Productions", podcasts and special presentations under  "The Voice of The Infernal Empire" and music by "The Art of ZAR".  Such products are not handled directly by The Draconian Order, Obsidian Mirror Arts & Publications, NFRNL Deamonium website, NFRNL Pandemonium or Zarael Shaitan, but delivery of same is entrusted to the platforms whereupon they are made available for free use and/or purchase.

Participating in Promotions:

 

We may post banners, advertisements, promotions, affiliate links and similar content throughout the Site. If we offer promotions, they will be subject to additional terms and conditions to which you must agree before entering ("Promotions Rules"). The Promotions Rules are considered part of these Terms and therefore part of the binding legal Agreement between you and us. Please read any Promotions Rules carefully before entering. Zarael Shaitan may receive some form of payment or benefit from your use of affiliate links and urls found within the site, in YouTube content descriptions,  and books by Zarael Shaitan.

 

 

Disputes:

 

The Terms and any and all disputes, issues, controversies, or matters arising herefrom, related hereto, or otherwise arising from or related to the Site, shall be governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws and decisions of  the Province of British Columbia, without giving effect to its choice of law or conflict of law provisions. You agree that the state and federal courts sitting in Vancouver, British Columbia shall be the exclusive forum and sites for the resolution of any and all disputes, issues, controversies or matters arising herefrom, related hereto, or otherwise arising from or related to the Site, and that any such disputes, issues, controversies, or matters shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. You hereby consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in Vancouver, British Columbia and service of process by certified mail. If any part of this Section is held invalid or unenforceable, that portion shall be construed in a manner consistent with applicable law to reflect, as nearly as possible, the original intentions of the Terms and the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect.
